Ty Poeth is a newly modernised farmhouse providing spacious accommodation for familes or friends to share to spend time together.
The kitchen is a dream, ceramic induction hob, double fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and amazing views from the kitchen sink. Even the sink has a twist, filtered drinking water provided!
The dining area is now open plan with the kitchen, a large table to seat ten in comfort and a door out onto the terrace and garden.
The sitting room is very spacious, high beamed ceiling, deep comfortable sofas and chairs, elegant curtains and flat screen TV and DVD player. Sit by the open fire on a chilly evening and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely room. Next door is a second sitting room where children may sit and watch TV while parents gossip. The wall mounted TV can be viewed from a large sofa ( couch potatoes ideal home! ) and this sofa converts to very comfortable double bed.
There is a downstairs shower room with basin and WC and a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, all furnished in restful tones and all looking out to the mountains - what a view to wake to each morning. There are two twin rooms (one with 2'6" beds) and two double rooms - the double rooms have a washbasin. Beds are provided with duvets and two pillows per person. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and WC.
The house is well heated, central heating, heated towel rails and an open fire. The sunny garden has a large lawned area for games and a paved terrace. A barbecue and garden furniture is provided to encourage you to soak up the views whenever you can be outside, There is a lockable storage shed for bikes, wetsuits etc.
Families return year after year to this special place and the all the new facilities will bring even greater pleasure to past and new visitors alike.
